With the Kaweco Sport something special was created in 1911. A pocket fountain pen that only measured 10,5 cm when closed and therefore came in handy as an every day carry item. When placing the cap on the barrel, the pen measured 13 cm. Back then it was advertised for ladies, gentlemen and sportsmen.
The Brass Sport Series features an elegantly contrasting silver tone nib and logo on the cap. The Brass Sport's heavy weight, octagonal barrel and compact, pocketable size have made these pens instant favorites!
The fountain pen uses standard international cartridge fill system. There is also an optional push/pull mini converter available for bottled ink use. A steel nib is standard. You can choose between five nib sizes: EF - extra fine, for a very small and fine handwriting, F - fine, M - medium, B as a slightly wider nib and BB often for large, dramatic signatures. For beginners we recommend F or M.Pen is supplied with an ink cartridge.
The raw brass body will patina over time. If you prefer a clean brass look, simply take some metal polish to the body to bring back the "like new" appearance!
